This adds a script that stops Steam gracefully to later on start it directly in Big Picture mode. This serves as workaround for issue ublue-os#1675

Maybe want to remove the tag steamdeck from this pull request. Seems the bot got confused.
Since this hasn't been merged to stable, I tried to duplicate this fix locally by adding the The script did appear to work correctly (closed steam to reopen in BPM). However, sluggishness was still present. Until a valid workaround is found - this kinda makes Moonlight (Steam Deck) -> Sunshine (Desktop) unusable imo. |
