Description
This PR, we added two posters: one G-Man poster and one Bootlegger poster. These posters have the corresponding textures 02_makeGrade_badge.png and 02_makeGrade_tommyGun.png. These two posters are located right after the start gate.

Testing
You can test this PR, by launching the Gazebo Simulation, and verifying that the textures on the first two posters show up as in the screenshot above.
