V1.0.1 example for custom cells, corrected. VIP cleaned of binaries

Fixed up the example for custom cells, so it works without having cell types blocked by cell validation. This is done by settings column types to strings, so they don't validate against buttons, or links or other types when customer cells are implemented in the column.

Also fixed VIP to not include previous zip archives, which was making it grow exponentially.
