This project is a webpage that contains a depression quiz based on the PHQ-9. It is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Utilizes Bootstrap Framework for colors, buttons, and flex.
Consists of a modal for share function.
The submit button appears when you fill out every question.
Once submitted, a score and chart should appear with corresponding changes to the colors based on severity.
You can share the website via a Modal button.
