Features:
- New Scale behavior to change size of objects/substances
- Substances have a Pivot point setting for rotation/scaling
- Lights are visible in the editor, even when not selected
- Objects can be placed inside walls or outside world bounds
- Added a button in the bottom right to toggle 2-finger pan/orbit (for phones that don't support 3-finger gestures)
- Added a checkbox on the Player to turn off footstep sounds
- Added a checkbox for Fog (to temporarily turn off while editing)
- World menu is sorted by recently modified (instead of alphabetical)
- Added a Donate link in the main menu (since I don't use ads or charge for the app otherwise. This doesn't unlock extra features or anything)

- Fixed lag caused by large substances. You can build much larger substances now without slowdown (except in loading time)
- Fixed multiple Light behaviors on a single object
- Fixed Object tutorial unable to be completed
- New Indoor worlds now have Sun Intensity set to 0, which fixes issues with multiple lights placed near each other
