Uses the external vibe-http package instead of the code contained in this repository. This is to allow maintaining the code in a single location and allowing to gradually work towards a functional HTTP/2 implementation.

Uses the external
vibe-httppackage instead of the code contained in this repository. The current state has been transferred to version 0.9.0 with vibe-d/vibe-http#26. This change will allow to maintain the code in a single location and will allow to gradually work towards a functional HTTP/2 implementation instead of trying to make/keep the separately evolved code base compatible with the one in the vibe.d repository.
