- CSS Snapshot updated from 2018 to 2023
- CSS Profiles note removed
- CSS Box Model Level 3 and CSS Counter Styles Level 3 added
- Media Queries updated from Level 3 to Level 4 with note about 'tv' media type deprecation
- Name & Link updates for existing specs: CSS Images Level 3, CSS Multi-column Layout Module Level 1, CSS Transitions Level 1, CSS Animations Level 1
