Summary

features:

  1. Add Overall page
  2. Add i18n
  3. Split @rsdoctor/sdk to @rsdoctor/sdk and @rsdoctor/graph, beacause the circle dependencies error.
  4. Add example/webpack-minimal to display the report platform.
  5. Del some unused dependencies and devDependencies
