Additional features added:

• Options to include an echo line above each zone's marks with the zone name, the order of marks, or both.
• Automatically splits macros into 15-line groups (to make copy/pasting into ffxiv easier)
• Adds a "Copy to Clipboard" button for each macro group that will automatically copy the contents of the macro to the clipboard

Still To Do: Support for multiple instances (and add instance #s to echo line)
