Added IMU (ICM42688-P), FSYNC is connected to CMOS's VSYNC output, powered by 1.8V LDO so its power is controlled by camera enable pin. (i.e you need to actively using the camera to enable the power to IMU also).
Changed the board outline to 39 x 39mm square. Which requires to use vertical 22pin FPC connector and QWIIC connector.
Adding 0R resistor as a solder bridge for the jumpers to make the PCBA much easier.
