redo a lot of the structure of core

• make deno publish --dry-run work in core (this PR)
  • move r2d2 dependency to JSR (blocked on publish to JSR iuioiua/r2d2#166)
  • move mongo dependency to JSR (blocked on publish to jsr denodrivers/mongo#408)
  • get rid of all function overloading (workaround for deno publish --dry-run fails on class private function overloading denoland/deno#22910)
  • figure out why editing doesn't work anymore
  • fix editing again
  • clean up public api
• actually publish (this PR)
  • make workflow to publish (see jsr docs > guide > publishing)
  • find way to distinguish between hosted and core
  • update docs
  • actually publish core 0.6.0 to JSR (not breaking)
• deal with existing issues next that pertain to code
