This release enables use of our geopython stack as a .devcontainer in vscode and in GitHub codespaces.

What's Changed

  • Add microsoft python devcontainers as an optional base for our geopython stack
  • Include various dev tools configured out of the box (including git, ssh mapping and zsh terminal) in .devcontainers
  • Update the image builds process with a matrix for python and gdal versions
  • Update release process to use a memorable "coolname" for each stack release
