This release covers the following.

Environments

• Helm client v3.4.1
• Successful evaluation of API Manager Helm charts in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) using Kubernetes Server version: 1.18+, Git Version: v1.18.12-gke.1200

Changed

• Fix incorrect carbon.sh overrides (refer issue ).
• Fix incorrect properties in serviceMonitor (refer issue).
• Fix image name and tag generation to use custom registry (refer issue).
