XML driver for st::api::lims was removed some time ago... The build method the 'lims' attribute is simplified since only the ml_warehouse driver is now used.

XML driver for st::api::lims was removed some time ago...
The build method the 'lims' attribute is simplified since only the ml_warehouse driver is now used.
Removed the lims_driver_type attribute, which was introduced in order to set the driver type to 'xml' to keep the tests, which used that driver, alive.
