This PR for updating tray publisher docs to match the next release 0.2.10.

While writing the docs, I've made small PRs to enhance the tray publisher settings and creator attributes.

• Rename Sequence file label to Edit list file in Editorial Simple creator ayon-traypublisher#47
• Enhancement SimpleCreatePlugin addon setting ayon-traypublisher#49
• remove redundant settings from CollectFrameDataFromAssetEntity ayon-traypublisher#51
• Fix default values of ExtractEditorialPckgConversion ayon-traypublisher#54
• Enhance editorial creator settings and creator attributes ayon-traypublisher#56

Testing notes:

1. Go through changes and approve if changes make sense to you.

For information, the current status of this PR is the first draft but it includes the major changes to the tray publisher docs.
The next commits should:

• Cosmetic changes (rephrasing, fix typos)
• Add missing information like settings descriptions.
