New features

Able to switch audio output devices for Speech, Music (streaming device for example), and Monitor (for file preview).
Enter and leave radio mode from anywhere with NVDA+Control+Space.
In RadioMode, assign audio files to carts using Control+F1 to Control+F12.
In RadioMode, preview the assigned file with Alt+F1 to Alt+F12.
In RadioMode, plays the assigned file to the live stream (music device) with F1 to F12.
In RadioMode, speaks the assigned filename with Shift+F1 to Shift+F12.
