Update organizations (Foag) .ts

Hey Zazuko
Ambrogio has asked me to create a publishing profile for BLW (Foag).
I also asked VSHN to give permission to write to a BLW-Cube-graph (not the one used by pipelines).

Please have a quick look if my changes make sense.
