Added a
Dockerfileso the application can be deployed to port 80 as a docker container. This way the host machine running the software does not have to have NodeJS installed, only docker. So if any of the dependencies of the application change, only theDockerfilechanges. I also fixed a few typos and formatted theREADME.mdso that it is a little bit more readable.
