What does this do?
Adds the search for existing converations during the group conversation creation flow.
Why are we making this change?
This allows group conversation to work!
How do I test this?
Create a group conversation. It should create successfully. Then try to create a group conversation with a matching set of users to an existing group and verify that it opens the existing one.
