I've incorporated some of the changes kindly provided by @andyp1per but left others out because it appears the Hexsoon ESC feedback is significantly slower than the BLHeli ESCs Andy has meaning the gains cannot be as high. |

Hexsoon was kind enough to donate a few frames to development team members and besides updating the reference frame wiki page here are some updated recommended parameters.
I've also renamed the file (as a separate commit) to match the new name of the frame ("td" has become "edu")
