Welcome to the zuha wiki!
What is zuha? The mission of Zuha is to be a complete business management system. We call it FIND - CLOSE - KEEP ™. It should handle the process of finding potential customers using tools like email marketing, web page content, text messages. It should handle the process of turning potential customers into customers, through the use of tools like customer relationship management, follow up email campaigns, ecommerce. And lastly, it should handle the process of keeping those customers, with tools like support tickets, project and order fulfillment, social networking, and community tools for engagement.
Why is zuha? We feel that there is a problem with current content management, customer relationship management, ecommerce, blogging, etc. systems, in that they do NOT talk to each other. And because of that, our business is held back by simply trying to get our various systems integrated. We think that because, our systems don't talk, we never really have a complete business management system, and instead we typically have a bunch of pieces we muddle our way through with, and that there must be a better way.
Who is zuha? We are a small team of developers out of New York with expertise in business logic, mysql, php, css, html, jquery.
