This pull request is related to the previous setup instructions of the project. In the Docker setup, it was instructed to run the db:migrate command, but it generated a schema different from the one in the repository. This discrepancy led to incorrect behaviors and test failures.
I've updated the README instructions. Additionally, I've introduced a constraint on the project model. While it currently exists only in the database, it's important to have this constraint defined in the application as well.
