Merged files using the new geometry, which has matches the newer engineering design with thin, thick, and double thick steel. Run on Asa's branch 166-...
which has some adjustments to correspond to the different geometry. Stereo is run with and without kalman, while hybrid is run without kalman only because kalman is not supported yet.

Of interest to track matching studies are PositionLArEnd, MomentumLArEnd, PositionTMSStart, and MomentumTMSStart. For track reco, RecoTrackN, RecoTrackTrueVisibleEnergy, RecoTrackPrimaryParticleIndex, RecoTrackPrimaryParticleTrueVisibleEnergy, and RecoTrackSecondaryParticleTrueVisibleEnergy, as well as RecoTrackPrimaryParticleTruePositionTrackStart and RecoTrackPrimaryParticleTrueMomentumTrackStart. RecoTrackPrimaryParticleIndex is index that hold genie info including PDG, BirthMomentum, BirthPosition, DeathPosition, and TrueVisibleEnergy. See also the talk about adding truth variables.

Uses full spill building with rock muons, but no TMS-starting interactions. TMS files don't actually overlay, so each interaction is reconstructed separately. But also the files are missing some truth info because the time slicer is on, and in this version the truth info isn't saved correctly with time slicer on. We will reprocess the edep sim files with improved truth info shortly. Geom v3. TMS files:

These datasets are edep sim files that can be used as input for ConvertToTMSTree.exe. These are useful when you want to update the reconstruction or detector simulation. These files are not tmsreco files and so cannot be used in dune-tms/scripts/Reco scripts
. They are all 100 files of 1e15 pot each.
