Other changes from Thursday's worksession:
- intake limelight turns toward notes. Constants have been tuned (could be a little better but satisfactory)
- Arm will shoot at angle of .23 radians when apriltag is not detected to "pass note"
- alignment commands have been modified to work in auton
- Eject command only stops when manipulator lets go of button
- Fixed bugs in PassToOuttake
- Added command to ramp to rpm for auton
- Put more data in for limelight

Implemented a command that ramps rpm after note is intaked for auto
I believe the other things were:
fixed rpm ramp problem
tuned limelight outtkae
changed pid constants for apriltag aligning
had some position bindings for speaker shots
