* Updates the Reactive Armor sprites (#79681)

## About The Pull Request
Tried to keep it as close to the original as possible, but... you know.
Updated.
Modernized, even.

_Also, fun fact, the side states weren't originally animated. They were
a flat blue._
_AND one of the 'off' side states was... still that flat blue. As if it
was on._
