- What a module is and why programmers use them.

- Graded Assignment #3 is open! Remind students that the key to getting the assignment done is to read through everything carefully and start on what you can do as soon as possible. In class, read through the instructions with your students and highlight what they are capable of doing after this class.

- Reinforce possible use cases with modules.
- Double check that no one had any questions about npm. Remind students that npm is a valuable life skill for anyone pursuing a programming career.
- Live code the creation of a simple function (or two). Show how to export it and then import it into a different file.
- How to structure the "path" when importing a module.
- Q & A for the prep work exercises.
- Non-coding studio intro. The studio is about boosting confidence. Ask if anyone has felt like they did not belong. PEP TALK!

- This studio coaches students how to build confidence in their coding skills, and recognize that self-doubt is common.
- Be ready to share your own experiences and tips for building confidence.
- Be mindful of your students' feelings and doubts.
- When it comes to voicing your worth (tip #6),emphasize to students that they should not sacrifice their well-being for the sake of their career. A lot of tech advice teaches junior devs that they have to give up an arm, leg, and soul for a shot in the industry. Remind students that this is NOT true!
