I'm starting this PR because I want feedback on whether we think this is enough detail. I'm not super sure what else to say but I welcome further input.

Lgtm, ill approve but idk if you wanna wait for feedback from someone more involved in the hardware before merging.

Would a photo of our physical Pi setup also be good to include as well?

Re @LimaoC and @MitchellJC - i don't believe a photo would be useful since currently the entire thing is in the box where it is not obvious what plugs into what

Yeah, I was thinking of a picture outside the box but if we don't have one of those I wouldn't worry about it.

I have added in a rename to scripts here cause cba making a new branch - it makes the readme more consistent too
