Adds a self-recharging wand that unequips everything a person is wearing and sets them with one of several cursed bunny waiter outfits (or magician outfit in the case of wizards) and altering their appearance a bit to make the outfit look better. Things like gender, hair, and species stay the same. Consider it a weaker version of the staff of change designed to mess with people more than remove them from the round.
The wand itself is purchasable and recharges unlike most other wands to warrant its two spell point price tag and give it a proper place in a wizard kit. There is also an unused staff version for parity with every other wand/staff.
I also had to add a plasmaman bunny set so this isn't an instant kill to plasmamen and took the liberty to tweak some descriptions with the help of The_Awful and also tweaks a few small details to the bunny outfits.

Why It's Good For The Game

Adding more options for wizards to not just remove someone from the round permanently is great, letting wizards combine their abilities to de-equip somebody and utilize their lack of defense for a sort of combo seems actually pretty interesting too! Also quite a few people have encouraged this idea on discord so I felt obligated to finish the project and let players mess around with it.
On the note of the tweaks, a couple of them were meant for the original clothing PR but I didn't get around to it so I opted to adding them in this one since it's directly tied with their files.
