Zenodo was down when we released v0.6 yesterday. This re-release is necessary in order to get archived and a DOI. Otherwise all files remain unchanged.

Fixed erroneous publication dates for issue 5 of volume 1

After the latest round of releases I saw that the translation of the Hijri publication date to the Gregorian calendar was faulty (issue 44) and in consequence set off by three months. This minor releases fixes the publication date in the edition and the bibliographic metadata.

Nothing else was changed.
