Version for revised manuscript

This release contains the code used for all the analysis, results, and figures for the revised manuscript "Impact of increased ART use during the treatment as prevention era in Australia". This revised version includes code for calculating the benefits-to-cost ratio. A draft version of the revised manuscript written as markdown document is also part of the release.
