Distribution and installation of submodules # 15

image

Description :

This PR introduces the Talk2BioModels specific submodule where i have added pyproject.toml and readme.md file, an AI agent that simplifies interaction with systems biology models for users without coding expertise. It allows users to:

  • Simulate internal and open-source models (BioModels).
  • Adjust model parameters and simulate different conditions.
  • Query simulation results using natural language.

The submodule depends on Python 3.10 or higher and includes key packages like pandas, langchain, matplotlib, and streamlit.

Fixes # 15
