Description
With the Safety Check function using its own parameter, there is a necessity that on the lane change side also, similar parameter is used to ensure the methods in standardize.
The aims of this PR is standardize the parameters in lane change side to use the ObjectFilteringParams that was introduced in Safety Check utils.
