marked as a draft for a sec while I debug some simple but annoying IPv6 address handling. works locally, but fails here

What's the actual problem here?

Is it when you specify a rpc address as http://localhost:26657 as opposed to just localhost:26657 it doesn't work (because of the double colon)

What's the actual problem here?

when I run most commands from the cli, I can't use most endpoints

celestia-appd q tx 15D700B74DCFD16DD83295C650648B1B9A62150438A72C6E81D8548497B2061D --node https://rpc.lunaroasis.net
Error: post failed: Post "http://rpc.lunaroasis.net": dial tcp: address rpc.lunaroasis.net: missing port in address

unless I use this branch, then it works like normal
