MAB Image Files

Diane Jakacki has admin rights to upload files to the server. Don Spidell, Director of Technology Architecture and Operations, set up the Amazon cloud storage space and we would need to ask his permission to add another secure BU employee admin on the account.

We're using the following nomenclature for organizing files: [archive shortcode][memoir-lastname][memoir-firstname]_[deathdate].jpg

We'll organize each set of memoir facsimile pages in the following nested structure:

MAB

• ..\ [directory of individual memoir files]
• ..\ [directory of individual memoir files]

MAL

• ..\ [directory of individual memoir files] etc.
