Weird flaky @ https://github.com/filecoin-project/lotus/actions/runs/11946318402/job/33300471579?pr=12680 - The calculated gas limit doesn't match the block's gas limit. I mainly wanted to add a little bit of output for that assertion but found some other minor cleanups while in there.
