Steps

  • Update pre processor instructions
  • Activate CI
  • Use new ros-control terminology in the integration scripts
  • Add build flag to top-level readme

Fix launch scripts for Iron
dda52fd 
We need a distinction between *humble*, *iron*, and the other versions
at several places.
Also use a convenience function for constructing the many spawners.
