Updates the documentation for Spawn a Gazebo model from ROS 2 as described here, alongside another change.

Summary

Updates the documentation for Spawn a Gazebo model from ROS 2 as described here, alongside changing gz_spawn_model.launch.py to ros_gz_spawn_model.launch.py in the command example.
