This kernel update patches oxp-sensors to enable software fan curves for most handhelds in the market (GPD, Orange PI, Ayaneo) to prepare for Handheld Daemon starting to support software fan curves.

It also adds an upstream patch that allows disabling CPU boost on the pstate driver. Important for devices such as the ROG Ally.
