Using http://noshon.it/blog/2013/08/how-to-make-the-best-cold-brew-iced-coffee/ as starter:
- 1 part coffee, coarsely ground
- 1 part hot water
- 3.5 parts cold water
- Add coffee to a large jug
- Add hot water to the coffee to allow it to bloom
- Add cold water to the jug
- Stir
- Let it stand for 4.5 hours
To serve
- 20ml of maple syrup
- 50/50 mix of milk and coffee extract
