User roles

This WP instance uses a mix of standard and custom WP roles. They are:

  • Administrator: All access, developer access, including technical theme settings.
  • Agency Admin: Access to most capabilities. Able to manage users, manage all posts and change agencies. Able to edit the homepage.
  • Agency Editor: Able to create, edit, and delete most content. Unable to manage or add users. Able to edit the homepage.
  • Regional Editor: Only applies to HMCTS regional section. Editor can only modify or edit regional pages.
  • Team Lead: Able to only edit and manage team area pages and content.
  • Team Author: Able to only edit team pages and news.
  • Subscriber: Staff accounts. Unable to do anything except leave comments.
