This release takes several steps to reduce the number of excessive popups on incoming FleetSync / NEXEDGE calls, along with other enhancements and several bug fixes.
This release is most of the way towards 4.0.0 (see the roadmap at #543 which will be in flux).

3.11.1 brings 'team notes' functionality, improved team summary sidebar display, ability to hide tabs for all 'At IC' teams with a single action, and fixes several bugs including forgetting of known operators, crash on crash-recovery, 'shifting' of team tabs after hiding certain team tabs, and others.
This release is hopefully the final release before 4.0.0 - yes, that's what the previous version said (see the roadmap at #543 which will be in flux).

This release works with NEXEDGE (Kenwood's implementation of the NXDN digital radio protocol), with all the same functionality as FleetSync:
