Download the Windows Installer (radiolog-3.10.2-setup.exe below)

(3.10.0 and 3.10.1 were failed build attempts due to Pyinstaller compatibility issues)

The Windows Installer is self-contained and does not require internet access at runtime.

3.10.2 brings improved handling of clue and subject-located forms during comms with other teams; 'find' capability; improved handling of 'looks-like-a-clue' message text; 'reminder' popup when a pending message dialog (or clue dialog or subject-located dialog) loses focus; and several other new features.

This release is hopefully the final release before 4.0.0 (see the roadmap at #543 which will be in flux).
