Download the Windows Installer (radiolog-3.6.1-setup.exe below)
The Windows Installer is self-contained and does not require internet access at runtime.

Hotfix of #642 with a couple of other minor changes.

This release is most of the way towards 4.0.0 (see the roadmap at #543 which will be in flux).
