Curry cabbage "noodles" and sautéed beef

- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp of curry powder
- 8 cups/680g of thinly sliced cabbage Cut the cabbage in half then slice thinly across the longest side to have "noodle-like" cabbage pieces
- 2 tsp of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 tsp of curry powder
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 bell peppers diced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- dill for topping (optional)
- In a large skillet, brown the garlic in the olive oil. Add the cabbage and curry powder and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is al dente.
- In a bowl dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Add the soy sauce, honey and curry powder. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the onion and the ground beef in olive oil.
- Add the bell peppers and cook until they soften. (Approximately 5 minutes)
- Add the sauce and bring to a boil while stirring.
Serve the "noodles" in a bowl and top with the beef and dill if desired.
