To change the project overview navigation in the project details, add ?altNav=true to the URL for horizontal nav or ?altNav=false to the URL to switch back to vertical nav , the setting will remain for that session.

Description

In order to test the changes to the IA we need to have a way for users to interact with the design. The best way to achieve this is to create a POC that shows the left-nav interactions incorporated with existing pages.

This POC must be accessible to both internal and external participants with a link we will provide
This POC should include left-nav components for regular users as well as the settings needed for Admin users.

How Has This Been Tested?

Test Impact

Request review criteria:

• The developer has manually tested the changes and verified that the changes work
• Testing instructions have been added in the PR body (for PRs involving changes that are not immediately obvious).
• The developer has added tests or explained why testing cannot be added (unit or cypress tests for related changes)
• Included any necessary screenshots or gifs if it was a UI change.
• Included tags to the UX team if it was a UI/UX change.
