Once a report has been submitted to DWH, data providers can check the content of their reports in DWH by running the validation reports made accessible via MicroStrategy at the following link: MicroStrategy. It is advisable that data providers check the submitted data to make sure they are consistent with the data in their national databases.

Please note that it is suggested to use Google Chrome as a browser for better compatibility.

At this point, the process of data submission by reporting countries is concluded. EFSA Scientific officers will perform further validation and will contact data providers.

If the data visualised in MicroStrategy need to be replaced, the data provider should identify the Dataset ID of the report to be rejected and proceed with its rejection using the Confirmation document rejection that is also available in MicroStrategy. When the status of the datasets changes to Rejected editable (this might take up to 30 minutes), you will be notified by email. Then, you need to refresh the status of the report in the tool and you can proceed with modifying the data by clicking Edit. If you face issues with this process, please contact zoonoses_support@efsa,europa.eu.

Once the scientific validation is over, the data provider will be asked to accept the data present in EFSA DWH by confirming the data in the Confirmation document acceptance in MicroStrategy. This will trigger the consolidation of the data into the DWH.

You will receive an email about the change of the status into Accepted DWH. In order to align the status of the report with the tool, please click on the Refresh status button. This is the end of the process.

The status of the report will change to Accepted DWH meaning that data will be officially used for statistics and analysis in EFSA outputs. This is the final status for the report, which cannot be modified thereafter.
