Profile plotting revisions and added user controls
This release contains several key improvements:
- Correct the end year specificational for final derived quantities reported in profile tables.
- Correct the natural mortality parameter names in the summary tables created when profiling.
- Add the ability to request specific subplots for profiles from the suite created using r4ss.
- Add the ability to not include the management target and threshold lines on all plots.
- Deprecate the use_prior_like input since r4ss now includes both with and without profile lines. It also includes adjustment for the 4-panel parameter plot to ensure the base model (blue point) falls on the profile line regardless of including the prior likelihood or not.
- Revise profiling from base model parameter value across lower and higher parameter values to improve model convergence of the profiles.
Update to align with r4ss v. 1.46.1
