UI.copyRect

(part of UI)

Returns: rect object

Parameters: aRect (rect)

Copies a rectangle for future modification.

Note: You must always copy a rectangle before modifying it; lest you modify the original.

Usage

var aRect = UI.makeRect ( UI.makePoint (10, 15), UI.makeSize (100, 150) );
var bRect = UI.copyRect ( aRect );
// bRect is now { origin: { x: 10, y: 15 }, size: { w: 100, h: 150 } }
