Update cla-bot entry after moving it to the python org #470

As a follow-up to #469, this is a reminder to update the cla-bot entry in the README after moving it to the python org (currently the repo is at ambv/cla-bot).

Merge this after the bot has been migrated.

Any progress on this? It would seem best for bus factor that core dev infrastructure be hosted on the Python org rather than under one user's personal account, and as a sidenote, this is the only remaining active feature branch in the upstream repository rather than a fork, per #475 , that would block full implementation of the branch protection rule approved in python/steering-council#144 (Step 3) for all core developers that would avoid this being easy to do — though @ezio-melotti if you have admin permissions, that would work around it and would not block that rule's implementation.
