About the PR
It adds replacement Russian accent instead of last.
Why / Balance
Last russian accent was funny, but I think, not well. It was replacing some symbols for similar ones as W to Ш (pronounced as
sha), R to Я (ya) and others. I perform other realisation, here some words replacing by similar in Russian with some funny includes replacements as friend toтоварищ(comrade). It looks like as Italian accent.It contains two obscene words (It can be removed).
Technical details
It removes last Russian realisation, not revert PR.
Was changed ushanka prototype and added localisation file.
